Hi, Friend.

Episode Format
First Thing’s First
Our goal is to keep the conversation organic and natural. Having said that, we want to make sure we hit all of the talking points below and keep the discussion poignant for the listener. To do that, here are three questions and underlying themes to guide the conversation:
Relationship — We want to make sure the audience knows you and has a sense of familiarity with you as they listen. So, we'll start by asking a simple question about your story.
Theory — From here, we want to give you space to think out loud and share some of your best thoughts on our topic. We'll spend a few minutes free-flowing back and forth to build context.
Application — Landing the plane, we want to give practical next steps to help listeners take action and implement whatever knowledge we've discussed during our episode.
